Totem Hero [15] - Complete the single player game.
Walks on Water [20] - Bounce on water 100 times.
Score! [20] - Score 100,000,000 points in a single game.
Perfect! [20] - Find every pickup in the single player game.
Fit Player [20] - Play a level for 20 minutes without resting.
