Semimaru multi-player character:
Get a 'Grand Master' rank in all of Rikimaru's
missions.
Display score:
Press Start to pause game play, then hit Rightx3,
Left.
Increased ninja items amount:
Hold L + R and hit Up, Left,
Down, Right, Xx3 at the item selection screen
.
All story mode missions:
Press Whitex2, L, R, Right,
X, click 'Left Analog stick', click Right Analog-stick
at the mission selection screen.
B-side commentary:
Hold L + R and hit Down, Xx2,
Up, Xx2, Left, Xx2, Right,
Xx2 at the title screen. Enter the options screen and
select 'Audio', then 'Language'. Select the
'B-Side' option to hear a third commentary track. Note:
This is only available in the North American and European version
of the game. Alternately, get an 'Expert' or higher
rank for all of Rikmaru and Ayame's missions and a 'Professional'
rank in all of Tesshu's missions.
Viper Potion:
Get a 'Grand Master' rank in mission 8.
Increased offensive power:
Press Start to pause game play, then hold R
+ White and hit Up, Down, Up, Down.
Release R + White and hit Xx3.
Chameleon Spell:
Get a 'Grand Master' rank in mission 3.
Flash Bomb:
Get a 'Grand Master' rank in mission 4.
Dog Bone:
Get a 'Grand Master' rank in mission 5.
Ninja Armor:
Get a 'Grand Master' rank in mission 9.
Fire Spell:
Get a 'Grand Master' rank in mission 7.
Through The Portal bonus mission:
Press White, Up, Black, Down,
L, R, Left at the title screen to unlock
Rikimaru's Through the Portal bonus mission.
Increase Kuji by one:
Press Start to pause game play, then hit Leftx3,
Right, X to increase your Kuji meter by one.
Restore health:
Press Start to pause game play, then hit Up,
Down, Up, Down, Xx3.
Hints: Easy kills around corners:
When you have your back against a wall and are peeking
around a corner, if there is a guard there, toss a poison rice
ball [the one with the green leaf] by hiting Y. As soon
as the guard picks it up, run around the corner and Stealth Kill.
It does not matter if he is facing you, but try to kill him before
he eats it. By doing this you can use the same rice ball on multiple
guards.
