To get unlimited ammunition, enable the 'All weapons'
code continuously until whatever you want is at 9999 shots. The
next time your clip runs out, it will reload automatically but
the magazine [9999] will stay the same. Note: If you are busted
your weapons will disappear and this code will have to be repeated.
Car floats on water:
Press Right, Black, B, R,
White, X, R, Black during game play.
A message will confirm correct code entry. Note: This code also
allows helicopters to land and float on the water.
After enabling this code and are driving on the water, repeat
the code to deactivate it. The car you are driving will go directly
to the bottom of the water and keep going without losing any health.
You will soon hit a piece of land and either end up stuck in the
ground or be able to drive again. You will not lose any health
during the entire time.
Overcast skies:
Press L, White, R, Blackx2,
R, White, X during game play. A message will
confirm correct code entry.
Dodo car [flying]:
Press Right, Black, B, R,
White, Down, L, R during game play.
A message will confirm correct code entry. Accelerate and hit
Analog-stick Back to glide. Note: You will not be
able to fly a helicopter correctly when this code is activated.
The game will freeze if you hit A or pull back the 'Right
Analog-stick'.
Full armor:
Press Blackx2, L, White, Left,
Down, Right, Up, Left, Down,
Right, Up during game play. A message will confirm

Bloodring Banger [style 1]:

Glitch: Too many cars in garage:
If you put too many cars in your garage, your file
will try to become corrupt. However the game stops this from happening.
It will delete most or all of the cars in your garage. There is
no way get back the lost cars.
Glitch: Shoot at point blank range during

Bikini women with guns:

will drop guns when they are killed.
Note: This code will also replace your bodyguards [men in blue
jackets] with the bikini women. They will not fight, but have
very good guns.
Tank [Rhino]:
Press Bx6, R, White, L, Y,
B, Y during game play. A message will confirm correct
code entry. The tank will appear in front of you. This may be
repeated as many times as needed.
Increased gore:
Press X, L, B, Down, L,
R, Y, Right, L, A during game
play. No confirmation message will appear. You can shoot off pedestrians'
arms, legs, and heads with some weapons [sniper rifle, assault
rifle, explosives] with an increase in the overall amount of bloodleft
behind. Note: Saving the game will make the effects of this code
permanent.

You can also change your appearance to a cop.
Note: When changing costumes to a prostitute, army solider, or
airport worker, the appearance of Tommy's bodyguards will also
change.
Also, if you change your appearance, you cannot pick up any 'shirt
icons' [at Rafael's, Laundromat, Collars and Cuffs, etc.]
or the game will freeze. You cannot change into a pedestrian costume
while in a vehicle or in a special outfit [you must get 'street'
clothes].

Hints: Code side effect:
If you spawn a car or use various other codes, your
criminal level can go down dramatically. For example, you can
have a rating of Hatchetman [2500], spawn two cars and then have
a rating of Untrustable [-60].
Hints: Glitch: Pedestrians drive you around:
This trick works best on cabs or gang cars because
you need someone that will try to take the car back. Ram the passenger
door of the vehicle that you want to get a ride from. Once it
falls off, get out and steal that car. Then, position the car
so that the driver will get in the passenger door. When he does,
begin to drive. He Or she will take over the car and you will
still be in it while they are driving around. To get out, hold
Y until the driver comes to a complete stop, then you will
get out. Note: If the car is blown up or sunk in water you will
not be able to get out, and you will have to reload the game.
