Unlimited rage:
Pause game play, then hold L and hit Left,
Down, Left, Down, Right, Up,
Right, Up.
Unlimited ammunition:
Pause game play, then hold L and hit Left,

Level select:
Hold L and hit Down, Up, Leftx2,
B, Right, Down, X at the main menu.
Escorted NPCs are invincible:
Pause game play, then hold L and hit X,
B, Y, A, X, B, Y, A.
This code can only be enabled in levels that you are escorting
NPCs.
Hints: Defeating midget vampires:
When you see midget vampires on any level, punch them
with your fist and they will fly back. Note: If you punch them
in front of a wall, they will hit it, then hit the ground.
