Play as same character:
Begin a one player game and quickly lose a life. Press
Start on controller two and select the same character.
Begin game play, then hit Start to have player one appear
as the same character.
Last level:
Enter the options screen then hit Leftx3,
Upx2, Rightx5 to advance to the last level.
