as a password to start at level 81 by going home and sleeping.
Bonus options [King of Kings]:
Press L1x2, L2x5, R1x2, R2x5
at the 'Arrange' mode title screen. Start a game in
'Story' mode, then enter the 'Game Settings'
screen to find additional options.
Expert mode [Pac Attack]:
