Master code:
Hold L1 + R1 + L2 + R2
and hit Left, Right, Down, Up, Right,
Left, Circlex2, Square at the main menu
to unlock everything.
Hints: Longer quick hunt mode:
In quick hunt mode, once you shoot the animal you are
hunting, do not claim it. You should do this if you want to hunt
shorter than in complete hunt mode, yet longer than the normal
quick hunt.
Hints: Montana: White Tail Deer:
Select the easy difficulty setting to see the animal
beacons. When you start out in Montana, follow the beacon [red
dot] to your very right. Eventually, you will see a White Tail
Deer. By achieving this secret White Tail Deer, you will get bonus
money and save yourself some time. Note: You must hurry and get
the deer first, otherwise, it will disappear once you have already
achieved another animal.
Hints: Save yourself from charging animals:
Whenever an animal [such as a lynx, coyote, wolf, mountain
goat, wild boar, or possibly a deer because of your female scent
or sound; oryou shot at it] is charging directly at you, and you
are about to get critically injured, quickly hit Select.
Select the Tripod Stand, if available, .and you will be safe.
However, if it is a non-game animal, do not shoot it while you
are up there [unless it is a lynx and you are a good shot]. Note:
Do not try this with a moose, caribou, or a grizzly bear because
they are too big and could easily knock it down.
Hints: Avoid being charged by an animal:
When an animal is charging directly at you and you
are about to get injured, make sure you are by your vehicle. Press
X to get in your vehicle, then the animal will next to
it, walking.
