Change Difficulty:
Press Down, Up, Down, Up, Leftx2, Rightx2, R3x2, L3x2, X, Circle at the title screen.
If entered correctly, you'll hear a confirmation sound. Then, while on the level select screen,
hold R2 + Up and select the stage will change that stage's difficulty to Hard. Hold R2 and
Down instead will change the difficulty to Very Hard.
