Full level 2 Rumble meter:
Pause game play and hit R1x2, R2,
Down, Upx2, Left, R1x4, R2.
Faster speed:

Hidden Independence Day costume:
Set the system date to July 4 to unlock an Uncle Same
costume for G.C. Thunder.
Hidden New Year's costume:
Set the system date to January 1 to unlock a Baby New
Year's costume for Joey T.
Master code:
Press Left, Right, Leftx2, Right,
Up, Down, R1x5, R2 at the character
selection screen to unlock all cheats in the game. A sound will
confirm correct code entry.
Freak E. Deke and Michael Jackson:
Press R1x13, R2, R1x10, R2
at the character selection screen in arcade mode. A sound will
confirm correct code entry. Alternately, successfully complete
the game once in arcade mode to unlock Freak E. Deke and twice
to unlock Michael Jackson.
Extra camera angles:
Press R1[20], R2, R1, R2,
R1[21], R2, R1[18], R2, R1x9,
R2, R1x14, R2, R1x5, R2,
Left, Right, Up, Down, R2 at
the character selection screen to unlock all cheats in the game.
A sound will confirm correct code entry. Pause game play to access
fifteen new camera angles.
Bill Clinton:
Successfully complete the game in arcade mode nine
times to unlock Bill Clinton.
Hidden Christmas costume:
Set the system date to December 25 to unlock an elf
costume for Selene Strike and a snowman costume for Rumble Man.
Big head:
Press Rightx2, Up, Down, Right,
R1x3 at the character selection screen. A sound will confirm
correct code entry.
Rumbleman:
Successfully complete the game in arcade mode with
every character, including the hidden characters. Then complete
the game in arcade mode one additional time, under the hard difficulty
setting.
Rocket Samchay:
Successfully complete the game in arcade mode seven
times to unlock Rocket Samchay.
Training mode:
In championship mode, fight every prize match and only
train with the speed bag. Note: This is easier with a controller
that has a turbo feature. Try to get a score of 200% or Rumble
Master. Do not spend any money, and when you pass a champion outfit
will be unlocked, as well as a new 'Training mode' option.
'Speed bag' will be the only thing available in training
mode at this time.
Valentine's Day secrets:
Press Right, Up, Downx3, R1x2,
R2 at the character selection screen. A sound will confirm
correct code entry.
Shaquille O'Neal:
Successfully complete the game in arcade mode five
times to unlock Shaquille O'Neal
All training:
Press Left, Down, Up, Down,
Up, R1[20], R2 at the character selection
screen. A sound will confirm correct code entry.
Fat boxer:
Press Rightx2, Up, Down, Right,
R1x2, R2 at the character selection screen. A sound
will confirm correct code entry.
View ending sequence:
Press Rightx3, Down, R1, R2
at the character selection screen. A sound will confirm correct
code entry.
Hints: Rumbleman: Easy Rumble:
While playing as Rumbleman, hit Circle + Square
in a match to fill your Rumble meter to level 3.
Hints: Extra hits:
During a fight, after you have taken all of your opponent's
life and they are falling down, you can punch them four more times
before they actually fall. Doing this does affect the outcome
of the fight. When they get up they will have less life than if
you did not hit them.
