Cheat mode:
Select 'Play It' at the main menu, then choose
the 'Pick Up Game' option. Select your difficulty setting,
choose to be either home or away, and enter your name. Then, enter
one or more of the following codes when the 'Enter cheat
codes now' message appears at the bottom left of the 'Player
Ready' screen.
Hints: Unlocking Street Legends:
Unlocking Street Legends prentices provide the type
of tournament in Be A Legend mode.
Biggie Little and special trick move the Biggie Little: Clear
the Foster Beach tournament [single elimination] This unlocks
him in create a team.
Bonafide and special dunk move the Bonafide: Clear the Rucker
Park tournament [single elimination] This unlocks him in create
a team.
Stretch and special dunk move the Stretch: Clear the Soul In The
Hole tournament [single elimination].
Dime and special trick move Droppin Dimes: Clear the Lincoln College
tournament [best of three]. This unlocks him in create a team
Osmosis and special trick move The Oz: Clear the Mosswoood tournament
[double elimination]. This unlocks him in a create team.
Julius Erving [ Dr. J]: Clear the Legendary Challenge in Be A
Legend mode. This is the final Boss, not a tournament.

Win the Central region.

Win the Soul In The Hole Tournament.
Hints: Easy reward points:
Select 'Pick Up Game', then choose the legend
difficulty setting. Pick the team of your choice. Then, choose
the 'My Rules' option and set the 'Points Up'
to '20' on your side. You can do this by highlighting
the section and hiting Right. You will now get 150 reward
points each time by only scoring one point.
Go to the Street School and enter a new name. After finishing
school [26 lessons] you will get 1,000 reward points. Repeat this
as many times as desired. Just keep making new names [identities],
then delete them after you get the 1,000 reward points. This is
an easy way to get rewards or build up your created players.
In Be A Legend mode, start by focusing on the 'Handles'
and 'Dunks' skills. This allows you to rack up a lot
more trick points. In turn, you get more GB2s and much more development
points. You can have a perfect baller in about 75/500 progress.
It is possible to regularly get over 3,000,000 points per game,
in turn getting an average of 675 to 700 development points for
each victory.
During the game, always pocket your GameBreaker and use GB2s only.
Your trick points are highly increased for this.
Always get at least four fakeouts [not tricks], before each point.
Throw the ball off their head, then pull three different 3-button
fakeouts before attempting a basket.
To get easy trick points, as soon as the opponent's team gets
the ball and tries to shoot or dunk it, steal it from them. Pass
it to someone and have him do some tricks. Then, hold L1
+ L2 + R1 + R2 and hit Square as
you get to the rim to do a special dunk. As soon as you dunk it,
a message will appear at the bottom, stating what you have done
[for example: 'Steal + Trick + Trick + Dunk combo'].
That combo will give you at least 30,000 total points. It basically
ranges from 25,000 to 45,000 points, depending on what you do.
Remember, do combos to get more trick points.
On offense, take the ball up court [to about the other team's
two point arch] and do a pump fake. The CPU or player who is guarding
you will usually jump up to block the 'shot'. When they
land, do an 'Of The Heazy' move. After you catch the
ball, run up and do a level 4 dunk. This will give you a very
large amount of trick points, and may even get you a GameBreaker
if the meter is low.
If one of your friends just gave you a GameBreaker or if you want
to give them one, hold the Turbos and hit Trick.
Make sure no one is very close to you, as it will be very easy
for them to steal the ball. This gives you about 5,000 points.
If you keep repeating the trick, the points will decrease.
Play a pick-up game and set it for NBA scoring, and score 2. Make
the first shot and you will get about 50 reward points.
Enable the 'Unlimited turbo' code. ,Then get a player
that can do a Slip 'n' Slide. Start from the middle of the court.
Do three Slip 'n' Slides, then have your player do any type of
dunk. It cannot be a layup or a short range shot. You will get
between 10,000 to 15,000 reward points, depending on how well
you did the move. Do not do more than three Slip 'n' Slides, as
each time you do a Slip 'n' Slide you get less reward points.
Select 'Play It', then choose 'Pick Up Game'.
Note: Make sure that you have a NBA Street profile; if not, the
reward points will not be saved. Then, choose the legendary [hard]
difficulty setting. Select your team and ball park. Then, choose
'My Rules'. Highlight the spot points with your Analog-stick
and keep hiting Right until you have 20 points. Start
the game and you will notice that you have the 20 points. Once
you receive the ball, make sure that you get a quick, close shot.
If not, the other team will steal the ball because you are playing
at the hardest difficulty setting. Once you make the shot, you
will win the game and receive 150 reward points. If you want to
get more, keep selecting 'Rematch' and it will automatically
take you to the game with 20 spot points. Repeat this as many
times as needed. Note: Remember to save.
Choose a Street Legend [Bonafide, Stretch, Biggie Little, Dime,
Osmosis, or Whitewater], then move past half court. Hold Turbo
and do a lot of tricks. Then, do Back 2 Papa followed by Off Da
Heezay. Next, go up for their special dunk. You should get up
to 40,000 points and an easy one try GameBreaker.
When you are running down court, wait for a person to go up for
a ally-oop. While they are going up and you are still moving forward,
hit L1 + R1 + X. The person will throw
the ball against the backboard and the person that is going up
will catch the ball off the backboard and throw it down. This
move is called Downtown Rebound.
Go to Street School and make a user. Complete it you will get
one thousand points to spend. Then, go to 'Options'
at the main menu and go to 'Delete'. Delete that user.
Then, go back to Street School and make a new user. Complete it
again. You can repeat this as many times as desired. This works
well with create-a baller and Be A Legend-mode for money. It is
time consuming and may be boring, but is worth it.

First, enter Be A Legend mode. Create a tall player
with an athletic build. Choose whatever teammates desired. When
playing, take one person and stand under the basket. Make sure
that you are not directly under the basket or you will hit the
backboard and fall down. When they shoot the ball, hold R1
+ L1 and jump. You will catch the ball in mid air. Hurry
up the court, wait for someone to jump, then hit X. You
will perform an alley-oop. Keep this up until you win. When you
play in tournaments, wait until you defeat the last team and choose
their star player [the first one you will get will be Stretch].
When you play this mode, your team members should be: your Created
player, Stretch, Biggie Little, Whitewater, and Bonafide. After
you defeat the teams you will earn Dev. points. Use them to improve
your created player. After you complete Be A Legend mode you will
have unlocked most of the legends. Create a team with these players:
Your new and improved created player, Stretch, Biggie Little,
Julius Earving, and Bonafide. Use this team to complete NBA Challenge
mode. Street School will now be very easy.

In the pick-up games, the CPU randomly picks from the
available no name players. If you go to 'Create Player'
and create a lot of players with 0/5 for all stats, you will have
a good chance of playing a team that has a player with no stat
points, making the game a little easier to win.

Keep your opponent from scoring any points in a game.

Note: The dunks are the default dunks for all current
NBA players, not legends.

Get a score that is one point from winning. Then, get
a GameBreaker 2. When you have possession of the ball, get to
where you can dunk it when you use the GameBreaker 2. When your
player is in range, use the GameBreaker 2. During the cinematic
sequence, the rim will break, but when the camera shows the players
walking off the court, the rim automatically 'fixes itself'.
Hints: Off the Heezay Alley Oop:
Get the ball and go down the court. When one of your
teammates goes up for an alley oop, hold L1 + R1
and hit X. If there is a defender in front of you, it
should bounce off his head into your teammate's hands.
Hints: Hint-Easy steal:
Unlock the Nelly and the St. Lunatics team. Even though
it does not appear that they are good at steals, they are very
good. If you do not control the player that is guarding the CPU
player, that player that is on your team that you are not controlling
will steal the ball.

Get at least 1,000,000 trick points in a single game
in any mode.
Hints: St. Lunatics team and Nelly:
Win twenty games in pick up mode.
Alternately, get 1,500 reward points by winning pick up games
in be a legend mode.
Hints: Hit head on backboard:
Go to the back of the backboard without the ball and
jump. You will hit your head on the backboard and fall.
Hints: Created player recommendations:
If you have a created player who has 5 blocks filled
or a gold crown, it does not mean that he is good. Height and
athletic skill is more important.If you create a chubby player,
you are wasting DP. However, the person that you created that
is not that athletic can still have excellent dunking. Athletic
people can also dunk as well.

When you get a GameBreaker, pocket it by hiting Up.
