Download action replay, gameshark, code breaker codes
Game records:
Go to www.konamijpn.com and click on 'English page'. Next, click on 'Products',
followed by 'Metal Gear Solid 2', followed by
'Game Records'. Find the place where you submit your
user name, password and the part of the game you are on. Find
the place where you type in this code and your password. The code
is 'JBBG-TZYD-UOBZ-RGND-EHIB-XGPD-SE'.
Alternate title screen:
Successfully complete the game. The title screen will
turn blue.
To see the alternate title screen without completing the game,
load your game file but do not begin game play. Instead, return
to the title screen and it will alternate from Raiden's face to
Solid Snake's face.
Quick skip Codec calls:
Press X button to stop the talking, then hold
Square until the Codec conversation is done. This is useful
when advancing past long, boring intermissions, or intermissions
that you have already viewed.
During Codec sequences, hit X followed by Triangle.
The game will rapidly scroll through all the dialogue and close
the Codec function on its own.
To fast forward Codec calls, hit Triangle.
Increase grip strength:
Press L2 + R2 one hundred times when
hanging on a ledge to do pull-ups.
If you do the first set of pull-ups as Raiden to get grip level
2, you can do a hundred more to get grip level 3. You cannot get
grip level 4, as Campbell will tell you are neglecting your duties
and need to get on with the mission.
Control title screen:
Press L2 to hear a gunshot and see a flash at
the title screen.
Use the Right Analog-stick at the title screen to change
the background color.
