Center.
Nightmare mode:
Successfully complete the game to unlock the nightmare
mode option.
Flamethrower Rot model:
Defeat 8 Flamethrower Rots to unlock this model in
the Entertainment Center.
Looter trophy:
Get all silver pieces and complete the game to unlock
the Looter trophy.
Warrior trophy:
Defeat all enemies in the Midtown level, then complete
the game to unlock the Warrior trophy.
Cultist model:
Defeat 20 Cultists to unlock this model in the Entertainment
Center.
Gain All Weapons:
Activate the 'Enable Cheats' code, then hit
Square, X, Circle, X, Up, Down,
Up, Down during game play.
Machine Monster model:
Defeat 20 Machine Monsters to unlock this model in
the Entertainment Center.
Hanged Spirit model:
Defeat 7 Hanged Spirits to unlock this model in the
Entertainment Center.
Cheat mode:
The 'Enable Cheats' code must be activated
before any other codes can be used. Any number of codes can be
used after using the 'Enable Cheats' once, however it
must be re-entered with each new level.
Nephrack model:
Defeat Nephrack to unlock his model in the Entertainment
Center.
Unlimited Ammo:
Activate the 'Enable Cheats' code, then hit
X, Triangle, Circle, Square, Triangle,
Up, Downx2 during game play.
War Ghoul model:
Defeat 2 War Ghouls to unlock this model in the Entertainment
Center.
The Werewolf model:
Defeat The Werewolf to unlock his model in the Entertainment
Center.
Pit Fighter trophy:
Finish the Downtown level by killing all enemies armed
with only the starting melee weapon, then complete the game to
unlock the Pit Fighter trophy.
Rot Hand model:
Defeat 25 Rot Hands to unlock this model in the Entertainment
Center.
Unlimited Life:
Activate the 'Enable Cheats' code, then hit
Rightx3, X, Up, Triangle, Up,
Square during game play.
No Conviction Cost For Edges:
Activate the 'Enable Cheats' code, then hit
L2, Up, X, Up, Square, Downx2
during game play.
Monster Spawning:
Activate the 'Enable Cheats' code, then hit
Squarex2, Circlex2, Triangle, L1x2
during game play.
Gun Bunny trophy:
Finish the Downtown level by killing all enemies armed
with only ranged weapons, then complete the game to unlock the
Gun Bunny trophy.
Aileron model:
Defeat 75 Ailerons to unlock this model in the Entertainment
Center.
Deserter trophy:
Play the hospital level where you have to save the
Innocents from Devin. Allow Devin kill three to four Innocents.
The message 'You have the Deserter Trophy' will appear
at the bottom of the screen.
Samantha model:
Unlock 8 models to unlock this model in the Entertainment
Center.
Team Up trophy:
Successfully complete the game with two players to
unlock the Team Up trophy.
Kassandra model:
Unlock 18 models to unlock this model in the Entertainment
Center.
Play as Devin:
Successfully complete the game to unlock Devin as a
playable character.
