allammo - 999 ammo for all weapons
fly - Flight mode
ghost - No clipping mode
walk - Disable flight and no clipping modes
god - Invincibility
playersonly - Toggle time
open - Jump to indicated map
behindview 1 - Third person view
behindview 0 - Normal view
slomo - Set game speed
killpawns - Kill monsters
killall - Kill all of indicated enemy type
invisible - Invisibility
flush - Reset graphics and textures
summon CARifle - CA Rifle [hit 3 to switch back]
summon Grenadelauncher - Grenade launcher [hit 4 to switch back]
summon Rocketlauncher - Rocket launcher [hit 5 to switch back]
