How to Cheat:
To enable Starsky & Hutch cheats, create a text file LOCAL.INI in your game directory [use notepad],
add the desired cheats, one per line, and save it. Then run game as usual and the described cheats
will be enabled. Use TRUE/FALSE to toggle cheats. You can use AR, AYE, YUP, ON, YES or 1 instead
of TRUE, and NAY, BUGGEROFF, NOWAY, OFF, NO or 0 instead of FALSE.
