How to Cheat:
To re-arm and refuel your chopper hit Ctrl+R
God Mode
1] Start a practice session.
2] Take off and fly towards the nearest hanger and crash into it.
3] Before the helicopter hits the floor, hit Ctrl-Q to return to main menu.
4] Start any mission you like.
5] Switch to external view.
6] Go back to internal view and take off and complete mission.
You can still crash into hills and terrain details however but no enemy can see you.
