Open '\ea sports\fifa manager 08\user\objects\house.txt' file using Notepad [you should make a backup
copy first!] Change the very last line to:
Palace,Palais,Schloss,Palacio,Palazzo,Palac,-1200000000,palace.bmp,2005
Save tha changes, start the game, and you will be given approx. $900 million when buy the Palace.
