How to Cheat:
Press ~ after starting the game, at the screen where the items are described. Proceed for two more
screens and hit Backspace at the screen with the magic lamp to enable cheat mode. Then, hit
one of the following keys during game play to enable the wanted cheat:
1A through 1M - Level select
Keypad plus - Level skip
A - Five apples
G - Five gems
H - Toggle invincibility
M - Toggle free movement
U - Toggle objects in some levels
