Hints: Easy win:
Get the entire grid full of 'O's, then hit
each tile in order in a clockwise spiral direction, going inwards.
This will turn them into 'X's. With a group of four
tiles in a 2x2 pattern, hiting each one order turn will reverse
them completely and have no effect on the surrounding tiles.
