Cheat mode:
To activate the cheats select a table and start a new game. Having done that, hit Esc and type 'kermit'
[without the quotes]. Then, during gameplay, hit Esc and type in one of the following codes:
aloadofballs - Player receives 98 balls
extraball - Player gets 1 extra ball
joshuajein - Disable Tilt
kickback - The ball is always knocked back into play
pickupbal - lets the player pick up the ball and move it with the mouse
