Infinite RC650 Ammo - Clear Japan in under 12:15.
Infinite shotgun Ammo - Clear Ghana in under 20:00.
One hit kills - Clear Bolivia in under 4:15.
Show enemy health - Clear Bolivia in under 12:30.
Textureless mode - Clear the game [any difficulty].
Unlock Excalibur - Clear Nepal in under 13:40.
Unlock the Soul Reaver - Clear the game and complete all time trials.

Gather a certain amount of bonus rewards to unlock the pistol upgrades:
