Download action replay codes
Sanji's fourth costume:
Hold R, then hit Up, X, Down, X, Y, B, Y, X at the 'Press Start' screen.
Crocodile:
First, unlock characters one through fifteen. Then, clear story mode under all four difficulty settings
with all those characters. Next, complete story mode as Luffy under the very hard difficulty setting.
Note: You also need to have at least fifty hours of accumulated game play at this time. When
facing Crocodile, defeat him with a Secret attack to unlock him in story mode. Complete story mode
as Crocodile to unlock him in all other modes. In the Japanese version, clear event battle with
Robin.
Zolo's third costume:
Hold L, then hit Down, A, Down, A, B, A, Y at the 'Press Start' screen.
BMG select:
Clear Event Mode with Mihawk under hard difficulty setting to unlock the 'BMG Select' at the 'Treasures'
menu.
Very hard mode:
Clear hard mode in event battle with more than ten characters.
Krieg:
Clear event battle with Sanji.
Alternate character endings:
Use the Super Special move to defeat a character. A different ending will appear after the same fight.
Chopper's third costume:
Hold L, then hit Y, Left, Right, A, Up, A, Down at the 'Press Start' screen.
Sanji's third costume:
Hold L, then hit Up, A, Down, A, B, A, X at the 'Press Start' screen.
Mr. 2 Bon Clay:
First, unlock characters one through fourteen. Then, use Sanji in story mode at any difficulty level.
Hold L and hit Ax2, X, A, Left, A, X, B, A, X, Y, X, A, Rx2, Left
during the ending credits.
Unlock Mr. 2 Bon Clay. A sound will confirm correct code entry.
Alternately, first, complete story mode as Luffy, Zolo, Nami, Usopp, and Sanji. Then, complete story
mode as Buggy, Kuro, Chaser, Krieg, and Arlong to unlock Ms. Sunday/Nico Robin. Next, complete story
mode as Luffy under the hard difficulty setting to unlock Tony Tony Chopper. Then, complete story
mode with ten characters under the hard difficulty setting to unlock the very hard difficulty setting.
Next, complete story mode as Luffy under the very hard difficulty setting to unlock Red-Haired
Shanks. Then, play through storm mode as Zolo under the very hard difficulty setting, and defeat
Hawk-Eye Mihawk with a secret attack [Three Thousand Worlds] to unlock him. Then, complete story
mode as Sanji, then hold L and hit Ax2, X, A, Left, A, X, B, A, X, Y, X,
A, Rx2, Left during the ending credits. A sound will confirm correct code entry.
Play data:
Clear Event battle under the very hard difficulty setting to view the stats for your battle.
Nami's third costume:
Hold L, then hit Left, A, Left, A, B, A, Y at the 'Press Start' screen.
Arlong:
Successfully complete story mode with the Straw Hat Crew. In the Japanese version, clear event battle
with Nami.
Luffy's fourth costume:
Hold R, then hit Up, X, Up, X, B, Ax2, Up at the 'Press Start' screen.
Buggy The Clown:
Successfully complete story mode with the Straw Hat Crew. In the Japanese version, clear event battle
with Zoro.
Gallery:
Clear Event battle to unlock that character's images in the gallery.
Alabastia stage:
Successfully complete story mode as Crocodile.
Ms. Sunday:
Finish story mode with Luffy, Zolo, Nami, Sanji, Usopp, Arlong, Krieg, Buggy, Chaser and Kuro to unlock
Ms. Sunday.
Smoker:
Clear event battle with Luffy.
Enel:
Note: This character is only available in the Japanese version. After clearing event battle with Luffy,
Zoro, Nami, Usopp, Sanji, Chopper, and Robin, complete their move list in training mode. A picture
should flash by of Enel challenging you. Then, play a regular tournament at Grand Tours [tournament
mode]. One of the character will be replaced with Enel. Defeat him and win the tournament.
Maxim stage:
In the Japanese version, clear event battle with Enel.
Zolo's fourth costume:
Hold R, then hit Down, X, Down, X, B, Ax2, Y at the 'Press Start' screen.
Chaser:
Successfully complete story mode with the Straw Hat Crew.
Hints: Extra moves:
To get extra attack add-ons for Luffy's Gum Gum Scythe attack, when you use this attack you must have
over four fruits. When you attack, after your opponent hits the wall hit X and you will hit your
opponent in the air. Then, keep hiting X. You will do another add-on. You will hit them in
the air. Then, keep hiting X. For the final attack add-on, you will hit them up again. Luffy
will count down to '1' then he will yell and twist like a spiral, bounce up, and smash your opponent
through the roof of the building. If you KO your opponent while doing this trick you will see the
building fall around Luffy and he will say, ' I'm gonna be King of the Pirates!' and you will win.
Note: This trick works well with over four fruits and if your opponent health is down slightly
past halfway.
Hints: Mr. 2 Bon Clay: Secret attacks:
Instead of holding L and hiting A + X to use a random clone-clone attack, try the following moves
to transform instead. By doing this, you can use strategy instead of luck for which character
you will transform into.
Mr. 7: While holding L, hit Ax4, X.
Mr. 8: While holding L, hit Ax3, X.
Mr. 9: While holding L, hit Ax2, X.
Hints: Ms. Sunday: Easy win:
Attack and hit an enemy and get his or her health down below yours. Then, use her R + A move on them.
If it is a CPU opponent, it will most likely block. You can hold the move and he or she will
be stuck there in guard mode.
Hints: Super special:
Have full fruit, be losing, and have less than full health. Do your special then wait. You will be transported
to a new stage and will do a super special.
