Win against Shy Guy in story mode to unlock Archeologuess.
Win against Toad in story mode to unlock Bowser Bop.
Win against Boo in story mode to unlock Mystic Match 'Em.
Win against Koopa in Story Mode to unlock Kareening Koopas.
Win against Bowser in Story Mode to unlock The Final Battle.
Taunt:
Press
L
during game play to hear your character's
taunt. You can only do this while on game board, but not in mini-games.
Press L + C-stick Up for a faster version. Press L + C-stick Down for a slower version. Press
L + C-stick Left or C-stick Right to vary its volume.
Special Bowser mini-game:
Besides Fruits of Doom, Darts of Doom, and Panels of
Doom, there is also a Bowser Wrestling mini-game. Go to the Bowser's
Gnarly Party Board, use a Mega Mushroom, then make an attempt
to walk by Bowser [not Bowser Spaces]. You will not find him on
the board in any one except Bowser's Gnarly Party. The only other
way to play this mini-game is to go to mini-game mode [after you
have unlocked Bowser Wrestling], and look under 'Etc.'.
Toad's Cup:
Solve a 20 piece puzzle in Jigsaw Jitters with a time
of 1:00 or less.
Mario Doll:
Defeat Koopa in story mode as Mario.
Koopa Plate:
Finish the Right Oar Left mini-game with a time of
0:45 or less.
Bowser's Clock:
Defeat Bowser in story mode as Wario.
Luigi's Airbike:
Defeat Goomba in story mode as Luigi.
Mario's Sofa:
Defeat Toad in story mode as Mario.
Bowser's Plate:
Complete the Mario Medley mini-game with a time of
1:00 or less.
Party Star Trophy:
Win the five levels and Bowser level in story mode
with every character and get all their presents. Then, get all
the mini-game presents. Look in the present room to find The Party
Star Trophy between Wario's and Mario's pedestals.
Waluigi's Calendar:
Defeat Toad in story mode as Waluigi.
Yoshi's Computer:
Defeat Goomba in story mode as Yoshi.
Donkey Kong's Barrel:
Defeat Toad in story mode as Donkey Kong.
Goomba Clock:
Knock over 100 or more dominos in the Domination mini-game.
Peach's Clock:
Defeat Shy Guy in story mode as Peach.
Peach's Treasure Chest:
Defeat Boo in Story mode as Peach.
Bowser's Object:
Defeat Bowser in story mode as Donkey Kong.
Daisy's Table:
Defeat Shy Guy in story mode as Daisy.

Successfully complete story mode [the five levels and
Bowser] with one character under the hard difficulty setting.
Boo Plate:
Dive for 7 or more seconds in the Take A Breather mini-game.
Donkey Kong's Stand:
Defeat Shy Guy in story mode as Donkey Kong to unlcok.
Yoshi's Shoes:
Defeat Boo in story mode as Yoshi.
Bowser's Vase:
Defeat Bowser in story mode as Mario.
Wario's Burger:
Defeat Boo in story mode as Wario.
Daisy's Flowers:
Defeat Goomba in story mode as Daisy.
Hints: Getting mini-games easily:
Go to Party mode and chose any board. Make sure there
is only one human player. Once the game starts and it is the first
person's turn, hit
Start
then hit
A. Go to 'Controllers'
and put yourself down as a CPU player. Then, hit
B
to
resume the game. If done correctly, you should have a game of
all CPU players. Wait until the game is over and your CPU players
should have unlocked some mini-games. Note: Once you make the
game all CPU players, you will not be allowed to become a human
player again.
Hints: The Final Battle:
To win The Final Battle, jump across the turning platforms
with
A. Once you reach the other side, you will have to
solve a puzzle. Ground-Pound the three pieces to form a Bowser
Kid. The new zone will be like the first, but with three flames
coming out of the tiny pillars. Make your way across again. You
must now solve a larger puzzle with little pieces. Once you complete
the puzzle, go left to face Bowser. Stomp three buttons. It will
form a triangular beam. Make sure Bowser is lured inside the triangle.
He will get shocked. Do this five times to defeat Bowser.
Hints: Bowser-shaped holes:
Go to the extra room and play Challenge Booksquirm.
When you reach thirty pages, Bowser-shaped holes will appear.
Hints: Dungeon Duos mini-game:
Go to the switch that you must hit
X
on. When
you send the CPU player over to the other platform, keep hiting
X
to keep the platform moving towards you. When the computer
player hites
X, it will make the platform move twice
as fast.
Hints: Graveyard Train:
To ride the Graveyard Train, visit the Giant Red Boo
[when the invisible path is there]. Talk to him and all of the
Red Boos that were there will be gone, except for the candle.
Then, past the item shop is an area for the train. Coffins will
pick you up and you must go to the boneyard [graveyard]. You can
also pick anyone up in your path to ride along with you.
Hints: Constellations:
Go to the Present Room. Highlight a completed doll
house and hit
Up
on the house. You will see the constellation
that the 'Star' showed you when you defeated Bowser.
