Successfully complete campaign mode under the hard difficulty setting.
Virtual Training bonuses:
Complete the indicated Virtual Training mission to unlock the appropriate bonus.

Bath House multi-player level: Virtual Training mission 4 under the hard difficulty
Funhouse multi-player level: Virtual Training mission 1

Gather all the Rogue bonuses on one Campaign mode file.
Hints: Glitch: Leave level boundary:
Play the level where you start outside and walk over a bridge that you must knock down. Continue up to
the part with the elevator. Once you go in the elevator and then out underground, go all the way
to the thing that can hit to make that hole digger apear. Note: You should kill all the enemies.
Turn left and you will see a tunnel where the hole digger that goes down then up is found. Go through
it to the other side. Once you get there, there should be three enemies coming on your left.
Kill them and go to where they were. There should be a dead end on one side and the passage you are
supposed to take. While facing the dead end, walk up the right side of the dead end pushing Up/Right.
Keep walking up and you should be pushed out of the level. Note: Only certain guns are allowed
to pass.
Hints: Unlocking bonuses faster:
Instead of starting campaign mode under the easy difficulty setting, do it in normal. You will unlock
more things and will save a lot of time. If you think you are skilled enough, start under the hard
difficulty setting to save even more time and unlock more bonuses.
