This is a compressed archive, which means that you need to uncompress
it in order to use the cheats. If Windows cannot open the file,
then you don't have a suitable program installed. In that case,
look at the file extension (last tree letters) and install the suitable
program, probably one of the following three:
WinZip or PKZip - for .zip files
WinRAR - for .rar files
WinAce - for .ace files
We also advice you to read all included read.me and file_id.diz
files, as well as files with .nfo or .txt extensions
(use any text editor/viewer for that), because these files usually
contain installation and usage instructions.
